I never had an issue with any of the services.

The only one I'd be wary of is Yodel. I booked a frame to be collected, took a day off work and waited in all day. No show by the courier and then began the most tortuous process of trying to get through to their customer service. I complained, only to be told that in the small print it states that collection is not guaranteed, despite being sold as a 48 hour service. I therefore expected them to rebook, but no, I had to go through the entire booking process again and claim a refund. It was utter bollox. No real apology, just a "sorry, have 25% off your next order." Like I post frames every bastard week!

parcel 2go / yodel made me laugh - sent a pair of wheels which ended up deposited in buyers front garden & getting nicked before he got home, the claims process was all done electronically & very stealth like (no email confirmations of action etc, just had to log onto website every now & then to keep abreast of updates) & no telephone number to call etc & then low & behold instead of refunding the payment through paypal, what do they do but send me a cheque ๐Ÿ˜†
