The pump head on my Blackburn pump (Airtower 2 and it was great until now)has given up, the air blows out of the Schraeder hole whilst trying to inflate a presta valve.

I know Blackburn have a well respected lifetime warranty so I would like to contact them but there is no reply from their US based website. Does anyone know who I should contact in the UK?

You need to contact the retailer you bought the pump from who in turn will contact the distributor.

As Mr P correctly states - the retailer holds the warranty.

Madison make that easy cos they only deal with the retailer, they won't talk to you the customer.
Take/send it back to whatever shop you bought it from along with the receipt which you threw away 10 mins after buying the pump. 😉

"the air blows out of the Schraeder hole whilst trying to inflate a presta valve"

I know it probably is broken, but just in case, (at least my) Blackburn dual head pumps require a little air in the tube for it to be able turn off air to the shraeder head (when plugged into a presta tube)

Has anyone found the claimed 'lifetime warranty' to be worth a s**t?
I went right off Blackburns products after having an Airstick disintegrate on first use,
When I took it back to Edinburgh Bicycle co'op a particularly snooty member of staff* told me " I'm s o r r y, Sir!, I think YOU'LL find that the warranty only applies to the aluminium tube, Rebuild kits are on that shelf at £££of your scottish dollars!"
*The always helpful service of their mail order dept makes up for some of the Captain Peacocks on their shop floor!

Madison say that you can take it to any of their dealers (if you didn't buy it locally for example). You might have an argument at the shop though.
