I have a 456 which from the thread about brands you'd never buy doesn't seem that popular.

I've got the last ever (as far as I'm aware) Whyte PRST-4; with T-FOUR forks from a JW-4 as they'd run out of PLUS-FOURS which it should have come with. It's about 5 months old now; but all the components on it are 2005 vintage.

Raleigh Mtrax bought new in '98. Though I expect it to be retro cool any day now.

Used to own a Saracen Zen. It were ace! Cracked the seat tube running not enough seatpost in the frame so had to skip it 🙁

I have Saracen, Raleigh, another Raleigh (frame, needs building again), Marin, Claude Butler, all quite uncool but really like them all.
Have Yeti, Coppi and Rondelli to regain some street cred.
Also have no space in garage and other half who thinks getting a cross bike is a bad idea. Tempted by a Dawes to complete to the line up of uncool bikes...

Light, brilliant ride and climbs better than just about any other full suser, can't believe they aren't more popular really (not that I am complaining...)

Getting more popular but not many about when I got mine.

Don't even see them in mag tests.

Seems a good bike as well.

I used to have one of these [img] [/img]

Well actually still have the original frame but it's broken unfortunately.

Infact i'd go so far as to say find another person in the british isles that's had one & i'll give you twenty quid.

I think Hairychested wins!

Maybe not as 'sick x gnarly = rad' as this unique steed though.

DO believe the hype. I've ridden loads of different full sus bikes over the years, certainly examples of just about every suspension design. Mavericks go uphill like they have no right to, better than anything else!

Here's my old one, now owned by mtbmaff of this forum...

I also own a Global but have never seen any others about, this could be because I was based in Denmark, and most people only ride road bikes here.

Not seen another Sunn Revolt seems pretty rare. But I'm trying out an NRS now and think my French loveliness will be for sale soon.

I have a sarcin (innit) Killi Racer or might be Flyer - I can't remember - in magnesium, bought off Ebay as NOS frame with no paint/branding etc for £40 which everyone tells me will break immediately. It's quite fugly with massive flattened down and top tubes, but weighs 3lbs for the frame and is a very compliant ride. I've been racing it three years and it's still going strong.
I also have a Titus Switchblade which is similarly quite fugly but again is a great ride - on the fly suspension adjustment from 3.7 to 5.5 inches 8). I've never seen another in the UK and can't imagine there are too many around as the frame would have been nearly £2k in 2003.

Now has decent saddle at correct angle, decent stem and Middleburns.

I have a Coyote Dual of which I've only seen one other.

[img] [/img]

I also own a Specialized P. All Moutain, custom built by myself, which again doesn't seem very common despite being a Spesh.
