Off to the Dolomites for a couple of combined biking/hiking summits. Meant to be more than 30°C!

Local 'Big Loop All Nighter'. Start 9pm tonight and do the best bits of all our local trails with a 3am kebab van stop near Swinley and brekkie at my place about 6.30am tomorrow.

Ceasars Camp
Canal
Ash Ranges
Tunnel Hill
Porrigepot Hill
Frith Hill
Swinley
Surrey Hill
pass near Broardmoor somewhere
Yateley Heath
Minley Manor
Hawley Woods

Something like that anyway, round about 55 miles!

🙂

My weekend started yesterday. 😉

Great offroad 45 mile blast around East Lancs yesterday.
Just about to go out for a local road ride now.
Me and my son are doing the Manchester to Blackpool ride so I'm hoping first thing Saturday morning we can go out for a decent distance road ride to warm him up.
Saturday afternoon I'll probably got for a quick offroad ride up Rivington.
Sunday morning will be a big assed road ride, maybe down to the coast Southport/Formby, or I might head over to Calderdale for some hills.
Sunday afternoon, my son might want to go for a road ride to Rivington.
Sunday evening, not been to the velodrome for a while. Might give it a go.
I'll probably get out for a quick local blast on Monday too.

Rode Petit Balcon Nord and Petit Balcon Sud (Chamonix) before work today, weekends you have to dodge hikers.

Just had another ride round Cannock Monkey Trail again, such a fun place to ride now. I love the M7 and M8 descents (and even the climbs up to them). Can't do any other good rides this weekend as I can't afford the petrol 🙁 So it'll just be bridleways and maybe some bmx for me.

Was planning on going to Innerleithen and doing a few laps of the xc course or just doing miles on the road but my cranks are ****ed (re my post about Race Face cranks coming loose). Ordered some slx from Ribble for £55. Walking 2 Munros (Bein Ghlas and Ben Lawers)instead so should be a good day providing the weather holds up.
