Rode up Penyghent, on top at 6:45am then best downhill ever & home for breakfast. Cheeky trail, fantastic day. Probably out on a good ride this afternoon,

No riding today. Resting before Southern XC event at Pippingford.
today will centre around bike fettling and eating various cheese at brighton food festival. 🙂
