I'm moving house today, so I'll probly expend more energy than riding my bike.
Working this weekend for the first time in 9yrs - Boo Hoo.

I have to stay in the house because the roof has started leaking and I have to empty the tray in the rafters every couple of hours.
I'm servicing 3 mates bikes today.....brake maintenance, fork rebuild and ****ting about with singlespeed chainlines. All for free 'cos I love tinkering with bikes (although I do get paid in cakes and buns on big days out!)
I'm not riding until a week Sunday....how will I survive!

It's rideable weather here (at the moment) in western Sussex. May go for a bimble over the local forest later or the Surrey Hills. Tomorrow Box Hill is my intention provided it's not lashing down.

me. pissing it down but did take my green mate out for 30km jaunt. found some nice techy singletrack with some 2ft drops, lots of roots, four proper switchbacks and some baby-head stones/rocks. after the fourth or fifth time my mate was riding without tabbing.
was good.
Was going to ride today, but looked at the weather and decided to write reports instead so I can ride in the evenings next week... Might get out tomorrow if it's less rank though.

Just got my new 29er built up. Last parts came yesterday. Got the last bits on yesterday afternoon and it has not stoped slashing it down since! Thats what I call sods law.

Done one and two after a sneaky 20 miler this morning and planning on doing number 3 this evening.

Was going to go for a jaunt round local trails but cold, windy and rainy weather combined with a hangover put me off so I went to the gym to exercise my shoulder and will venture out on Monday when the weather is better.
Been quite nice in Surrey - still warm, no wind to speak of and just enough light showers to keep the DFLs away 😉
