Was looking forward to spending some time hitting the quantocks today but thanx to ripping a hole in the side wall of my rear tyre I had to limp home early. Not a happy chap now
Me! Didn't even get out on the planned road ride as my back is sore (and I've learned not to push it). Flipping lovely out too! 🙁
...another ddn't make it out today. On horrible antibiotics for a gum infection and they've made me feel very odd indeed, I'll either hurt myself or someone else badly as I can't concentrate at all. Ah well, weather is meant to be good all week and the flagyl should have worn off by then, a good excuse for a day off I think.
I haven't even got up on the Quantocks yet, but I've just had a lovely nap in the chair in the garden, now to choose which bike to ride 🙂
I sympathise as today I got out for the first time in 4 weeks. Bad knee pain caused by poor cleat alignment stopped play. Great to be out again and in the sun. Hope you all get well soon.
Mine ended early Thursday night,a branch ripping my rear mech off.
Lucky my mates towed me back home with a branch ( 5 miles ).
This made me feel better about branches 🙂
