Hello! Has anyone ever had their Marzocchi forks serviced by Windwave or any other servicing centre? What were the results like? I'm trying to gauge whether to have my forks fully serviced or just swap them for a new smooth pair. Thanks.

Bomber Z1 Sport RCV QR-20mm 150mm (2007) - ok or crap? Are quite heavy but I guess all Marzocchi forks are at this travel. Plus, aren' they all still the same internals in 2010 (oil-bath) as 2007?

why not change the oil yourself and see how they are? Its easy to do so

good forks - I have a set. Edit: I changed the oil in mine and noticed a difference. Oil change = service. anything slse ( bushes / seals is repair)

Hey thanks TJ, but how did you find the advice on how to do change the oil? The standard manual is really shallow on information. Any tips? Links?

http://www.windwave.co.uk/documents/techinfo/oilchange&springremoval.pdf

I have a more specific guide I got off the zocchi site somewhere - if you need it e mail me and I'll forward it to you

Thanks Jeremy, that pdf is far better than the info I have found.

What a cracking resource Singletrack forum can be for tech tips!
