Orange do a 14" five? Think giant do as well.

Jose has a 14" 2007 giant anthem. Most giants can be got in xs if you dig about.

Close, they're 14s but the long version can be had without Diva badges (and the short one really is tiny)

Titus do x-small frames in some models.

I've found a kona stinky frame second hand for £200 in 14" .......:-/

I got a Giant NRS in 14" for my other half.

Might still be findable on eBay 😉
