Who do you courier bikes with?

Going to be selling one soon and need to get a quote for the cost of posting.
Anyone you would recommend or avoid?

Parcel Force have been great - either book online and get them to pick up or I take to local post office.

about £15 online, an extra couple of quid in a post office.
