Viz Top Tip:
To preserve that "factory" look of your white bike, don't bother with time-consuming scrubbing after every ride, simply jetwash with Tippex.

Oh, and make sure you post some photos on here when it's built, it sounds naff/blingtastic depending on your POV so is sure to generate some healthy debate 🙂

not sure why but just dont like white bkes just seems wrong IMHO - I include road bikes as well. Never owned one no idea why I dislike them so much..... I am no bike tart.

Thanks for your replies folks. Haven't you heard that white is the new black?! The frame is Gloss Brick (metallic red to you and I) with white/light grey branding...so I'm sure white wheels will look totally cool...just hesitating over the gunsmoke Hope hubs!! I've been getting a bit obsessed checking out weights - is this really so important?...or is it just something to keep our bored friends across the pond amused on all their forums? What's a few grams matter when I'm no Olympic athelete, so I reckon it's going to be style over form. Just got the CycleToWork voucher shinannigans to navigate now!
