Anybody know of any mtb specific exercises I can do in the van while either driving or as a passenger? I'm clocking up nearly 1k miles a week and need to fill the time.

Get some hand grip excercisers. Works wonders for those long bumby downhills.

Try a fundamental change to driving style. Emulate the special ones who cut me up ,over take on the near side and push me off trail because they is fast fast fast quick quick.

I drive a wagon for a living and so far I've found bugger all to help other than staying out of Gregg's and maccy D's.
