I think its time to replace as teeth are a bit worn.
Can I just buy the outer from charliethebikemonger and replace that for £34 rather than the whole thing for that price? Can I change the number of teeth, go from an 18t outer to a 19t outer on the same inner?

My understanding was that all parts are replacable.

It certainly looks as if you can change the cog separately

Easy job to do, parts are pretty readily available.Should be able to change the outer to a 19 too. Generally get my spares via the below for WI as they hold stock.
