If you like brown kit then sure. Stick with black grips and saddle, if you really want you could go for white qr skewers (assuming you have any) or seat clamp.

Black and silver are the only valid colours for metal or plastic components. Frame and fork colour are up to you.

Black for absolutely everything else.

I'd suggesting staying black as the others have said, my experience of white saddles and grips is that they look great new, but after a few rides not so much. Black stays looking fine no matter what.
