Afternoon All,

Planning to head to the lakes tomorrow to take in Whinlatter, Grizedale and then Gisburn on the way home. Have heard mixed reports about the conditions over in Cumbria with regard to snow/ice...

Can any locals provide an update on the conditions and whether it's worth making the journey over?

Thanks,
Mark

It has been cold and dry here all week so Grizedale will be a bit icey. Sleet is forecast for tomorrow afternoon by the looks of it.

Thanks for the quick responses.

Sounds like it's worth heading over with the natural trails as a contingency. I don't often get chance to ride trailcentres hence the desire to get around a couple in.
