Right off to see some family up northumberland way in August. Im usually allowed a day where I can go biking some where. I cant take my bike though as family and dog take up most of the room in the car and Im going to hire a bike out.
my questions are
1) What are the opening times of Cylewise of Whinlatter so I can phone about hireing/demoing a bike
2) What is the redtrail like there?

Open 9ish to 6ish usually.
Why not email them?
craig@cyclewisetraining.co.uk or sean@ etc
Altura (red) is good, but do the blue first as a taster. Could comfortably do all three in 2.5hr.

pretty easy really

Took an 8yr old and his mum round the south loop and blue route last Thurs without any problems. He did have to get off and push a couple of times due to the hills being just a tad too much but we got round easily enough.
Not like some of the riders we overtook, couple of good looking, fit ladies amongst them ๐Ÿ˜ฏ who were really struggling on the blue which is magic btw.
