hi just wondering what the trail conditions are like at Whinlatter? kind regards Dave.

Couple of inches of fresh snow this morning - the road up was dodgy. Been less cold though and snow had half melted by this afternoon. Could mean water/wet snow on frozen base - so not ideal. Not ridden there for a while and there weren't many out today. Give cyclewise whinlatter a ring.

Snow's gone from the fells now, so should just be the odd patch of ice/compacted snow.
