Triple or Twin ring? Is the BCD the same? Would using the 2 ring crank give a better chainline? Or is the middle ring position of a triple the best place for the ring. I currently use an old square taper XT with the ring on the outer position and chainline has always seemed fine. But then I did use a very short BB.
