So it looks like it's time to go from 4 to 3 bikes because the Reign isn't getting used and has some bits I want to put on the hardtail. The best bits of both bikes will make something very special. And the cash will help save for a Whippet frame 🙂
Only thing is I can't make my mind up which wheels to keep - what would you keep for your XC trail bike given the choice and what do you reckon a pair of each is worth?:
- Bonty Race Lite tubless
- Hope Pro2 on DT 5.1s

Well I think the bonty rl's come with bonty branded DT hubs ( the rxl ones certainly do) worth checking the rear as I know my front rl has one. You would also probably get more money for selling the hopes.
Although in winter you'll need to wee on your freehub when it freezes...
