For a reasonably fit single speeder and two fairly unfit novices. I have ridden Cwm carn but this was on a geared bike. Was thinking the wall and whites at Afan on one day and Cwm carn on the way home the next....is this wise or are they likely to do more pushing than riding? What other options are there if this is a bad idea?

Skyline would be ok on the ss. you might struggle with the ascent on whites so you could do the forest tracks from the back of Abercregan to get you to the start of skyline/wndy point.
