I want to rebuild my Hope XC rear and Pro 2 front hubs into UST rims but apart from the obvious Mavic XM819 (assuming i can find some!) what else should i consider?
Bike is a Cove Handjob which i mostly use on my local Bristol trails and i'm 12 stone so not exactly a heavy weight!

The 819 really is the only proper UST rim (aside from the DH version, the 823)...
Worthwhile considering rims like the Stan's 355, Arch and Flow though, as whilst they're not proper UST rims, they are also designed to be run tubeless, are lighter than the 819's and give the tyre a slightly wider profile.
