I've done a bit of skills tuition myself over the years but I'd have to draw the line when it comes to people like this, no offence if its real, I just think you should sack your skills coach perhaps! ๐
Anyway here he is-
And you even considered it may be real?
If he'd been on an Orange 5 with an Cayenne in the background it would've been spot on.
I say Ptolemy Glentress this weekend shredding the Gnar at Spooky Woods with all the other Middle Managers?
Cue John Wayne True Grit..... " he reminds me of me"
about as real as santa.. ๐
about as real as santa
but 100x more tedious
i like the 'downhillers' at the end. Slight incline........... yup, time to walk
Looks alright to me. Eyes up, heels down. Spot on I'd say.
Don't be fooled chaps. This is of course the great rider who burst onto the scene some months back shredding the new Steel City downhill -
- though it seems that his skills have, if anything, deteriorated since then. It's sad to see such god-given talent ultimately unfulfilled..
Typical Surrey Hills style.
"skills coach" lol.
Well that was fun to watch ๐
๐ Very good! (Note the name of the video's author)
That's brilliant, just what my Tuesday morning needed!!

so, so bitter ๐
It's just too bad that I actually have an Orange 5 and I do enjoy the odd pint of bitter. ๐
ah... you were being post ironic, i get ya ๐
Very funny, sort of like the mountain biking equivalent of Dom Joly with a bit of Hot Rod thrown in for good measure. The Steel City Downhill video is particularly funny.
Rather like Les Dawson had to be a very good piano player to play it so badly, I fancy the same is true of this guy.
If you could mute a Vimeo soundtrack I might watch it. But I'm not listening to f^&*ing Black Lace for anything!

+1
Best bike video I've seen for months
This is brilliant, fantastic commitment to the cause.
I like these videos they make me laugh think this might be the best so far.
This is a proper biking vid! ๐
I enjoyed that
In a weird way I found it quite educational
Ha..ha...that's one of the better mtb vids i've watched.
Where do I sign up for a days coaching with him
I have watched this a few times now and it makes me chuckle ๐
the soundtrack is a god awful song, but on this it seems to fit so well.
some bastard has been stalking me with a camera!
Classic! ๐
Fairhurst what a legend, don't knock his skills ๐
better than the usual pro videos we have seen over and over again, berm stroke berm bit of dirt into camera zzz in some ways anyway ha
legend ๐
Exactly what I were thinking! ๐
Notice he's started a new gearing niche - 0 speed (no chain)
BRILLS
Just see this, how it has cheered me up ๐
So do we know yet which coach has taught this individual? ๐
