Anything cheaper than NEXT SL?
I already have XT, but fancy a change if worth it.

Raceface Turbine? Think that's where my money will be going shortly.

Sram cranks xx1 or x01.

TBH, for the money not much beats Shimano hollowtech. I looked recently; Hope are too expensive for what they are. Raceface use relatively pricey proprietary BBs, as do E13.
You can buy XT for £95 or less, and replacement BBs are £15 or so.

I had the turbine - non-cinch version and it was nice but pricey at the time(£200) got some of the x1 sram cranks to go on which were £100 and seem nice( Was going for hopes but 280ish spend when I could get a pike for 480 which would make a bigger difference ride wise)

I suppose it depends on whether its for pimp or purpose 🙂

Zee are very different to XT cranks. Indented at the rear rather than hollow, heavier. More comparable to Deore (stronger axle and pedal inserts)

Midleburn are heavy these days the new M9000 is very light works out at about 630g that's with BB and 32t so lighter than XX1.

Using a Race Face ride . Linky- http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/race-face-ride-narrow-wide-single-chainset/rp-prod113370

Not sure howlong the BB will last, but at under 100.00 it looks fantastic.
