[Closed] Which shock or settings for a 5Spot?

I'm not one to chop and change frames and bits often, but I've had my 5spot a couple of months and have decided to keep it, provided I can put it on a bit of a diet. It's an 03 and has a Romic coil shock on, so I should be able to lose half a pound or more with an air shock. So if I was to go the Float/RP2/RP3/RP23 route, firstly which compression tune do folk recommend, and which Propedal tune for the RP shocks? I've got 130mm Vanillas up front if that matters, and like em enough to keep em. Cheers.
