Hi All,

I'm going to be looking for a saddle bag soon and would like to hear your recomendations.

All I'm looking to carry/for it to hold is
Tube
Keys
Cash
Tyre levers
Micro pump (6" length max)
CB's 19 multitool

I looked at decathalon £8 and Leyzene £18 (sp) so far, what else you all running??

Carl

Topeak and specialized both make good ones, but I'd just go for a bigger camalbak if I were you, I hate putting weight on the bike.

Been using the topeak with the exact luggage you want to carry.

Handy for a rear led too.

Just make sure the keys are well tucked in. I don't know how but after 2 yrs I found my bag open and lost my tubes but mobile and keys stayed put.
Probably me forgetting to zip it up. 🙄

Use a topeak wedge bag on my commuter and it's lasted very well. Bought a fancy wee lezyne one for my road bike, looks great but after about 200 miles it looks a hundred years old - holes where it rubbed the saddle rails, broken zip and ripped inside. Will be sending back to wiggle when I return to the Uk

thomthumb - Decathalon at £8 looks good at the moment

Realman - Don't want to carry a camelback around for a two hour local blast or quick evening lap as no need, got a mule for the long ones and can't fill that.

zaskar - which size? Maybe I should also ask which micro pump you guys are using that fits in as not really looked at them.
