I've got a set of Hope Hoops with Stans Flows rims on order, and am a bit confused about which rim tape I should be using. If I understand it right, all Hope Hoops just come with the standard cloth-like rim tape? But I've read that there's an alternative tape for Stans Flows that is lighter and will allow easier upgrade to a tubeless set up later on.
I don't intend going tubeless right away, but may do once the current tyres bite the dust (sorry) ๐
So what rim strips should I be going for?
Many thanks in advance.
25mm yellow Stans tape for Flow rims.

25mm Stans yellow tape is the standard stuff. People have tried other options though.
Thanks for the link - seems simple enough!
Kevin dead simple. You can ru your current tyres tubeless.
Can I? Aren't there issues with the stans slime causing some tyres to degrade/melt or something? I have Maxxis Minions if that's of any relevance...
