For rootin', tootin', commutin'. Need to be warm and waterproof and fit over Shimano race style MTB shoes.

Any recommendations ?

Anything made of neoprene should do the trick - wet ’n’ warm 😀

No matter how waterproof an overshoe is advertised as, you will always get wet feet.
