which monarch plus for orange 5

I looking to change the shock on my five and fancy the monarch plus but not sure which comp and reb to go for. They are offered in med reb / high comp and also high/ high.
any help appreciated.

I've not the new monarch plus but not on a 5.
I've got it on a zesty but was told without proper custom tune, I couldn't go far wrong with high volume medium medium, hope feels good so far but only a few rides in , strange knock feel when in lock out but apart from that it's cool.

Cheers mate. How is the lock out, apart from the noise does it do the business?

Rock Shox have a calculator thing on their website that you put your shock measurements/suspension type in and it tells you what you need.
