Been looking for my next bike an was looking at the Kona five-0 and the Commencal Ramones (2010/11 models going cheap). Anyone recomend any others to look at around £500 to £600.
Got a Five-O built up reasonably chunky and it's fun to ride, coped with everything I've ridden and looks quite nice as well.

To be really predictable and boring, c456. Ugly as sin but good.
Look at the NS Core - it's the Surge frame but as a full build. Super fun bike.
Five-O is a shed load of fun 😛 . Bought it in the CRC sale as a stopgap frame when my 3 week old Commencal had to be returned under warranty but I think I may just hang onto this one. Far more comfy than an alu frame should be (possibly due to the long back end) and really confidence inspiring on the downhills (again due to the long wheelbase I guess and nice low BB height). Love it!
