I use ergon. They look pants, but are very comfortable.

another vote for Oury.

I used to use Big Earl lock ons, but found some Oury ones and they are the biggest out there IMO.

Cant remeber where I found them, do a forum search as its a not very well known website.

EDIT done it for you

DMRs are pretty good. Thickish and pretty long (oo-err!)

Another vote for Oury...fitted on all my bikes. Although I wouldn't say they are only suited to the big handed folk as I don't have 'big' hands. Maybe I do...not really compared. Hmmm ๐Ÿ˜•

Second the Sunlines - very meaty and for me more comfortable (and cheaper) than Ourys.

descent appear to have sold out of ourys, but this place: Westbrook Cycles appears to have some

Lizard Skins charger grips for me - the mushroom-gill type grips provide decent comfort / less pressure points. Seem slightly wider than the slip-on grips, which stops me thumbs accidentaly hitting the shifters (without a daft big gap between the grip & shift/brake assembly). Not that pricey either.

Bought my Ourys from ebay in the US as I wanted a pair of the green lockons and this was the only place selling them, didn't work out too dear either.
