Marin and CYB would be my choice.
Penmachno still has closed sections for felling.
What about macllenyth (spelling?) Or Nant Yr Aran?

Sounds like it's not worth riding Penmachno then. Shame as I've only rode there once before.
Loop 1 had a large number of the first sections bypassed up to it spurring off for Loop 2 but from then on was fully open last weekend. A lot of work been done on it since I last rode there too, armouring the trail as well as the two new jump/ pump sections. As usual with a good wind blowing the exposed sections were chilly if you're not prepared.
If you don't want the masses go to Penmachno for one of your rides.
