whats everyone using for a headband for the cold weather in winter? i dont want a buff, i use one on my neck but dont want it all over the head, so after a headband.....something pretty thin to go under helmet, but be windproof etc
any recommendations?
A buff, two for whan it's really cold (neck and head), you might not want the recommendation but it's what I use.
I use these fleecy jobbies from Decathlon.

Cool, post from Coleman i will take a look to stop my ears getting cold ๐
I use a windstopper one from Northwave, not sure if they do them anymore, but it's brillant although does make you a bit mutton.
I've got a Mammut beanie. Windstopper ears, but lighter on top, so it's not too warm. Nice & thin to go under a helmet.
Endura thermal skull cap thingie works for me when it drops below 4C, looks very silly though if you forget you're wearing it when you take your helmet off ๐
