...decided to purchase some elbow/forearm guards after a nice off at Cannock down some meaty looking rocks. Anyone got any recommendations? I ride more down than up and ride pretty much everywhere I can.

My Brand X ones have served me well. cheap as chips too. think their sizing may be on the smaller side bo buy a size larger is poss.
