..... but cheaper 😉 ?

Been looking around for some new shorts, something very durable/thick like the Troy Lee moto's ideally, but without the 75 quid price tag. Needs to have a couple of zipped front pockets and nothing too long (eg so it won't interfere with knee pads too much) and nothing mega baggy...??

I've just received a pair of Sombrio Clipse shorts (really liking the look of some of the sombrio stuff), whilst fitting absolutely perfectly (not too baggy or too long) the material seems very thin (for a dh short) and sadly no front zipped pockets.

Anyone any ideas?

Cheers!

Cheers.

Yes would of had the moto's at £55 but they're only available in white. Those spesh ones look a little too thin I think, more of an xc short? Don't really want a liner in them either..

very good for the price

but i had to go a couple of sizes up as mine came up very small! so probably more like a 35ish

Dakine 8 Tracks are tough and roomy-ish. Some good prices on last year's stocks.

Or some Endura Zymes - cheap, heavy, tough

Shorts without pockets are the most irritating thing in the world.

Those endura dh shorts would be a good shout, fox demo's aren't bad either - good length for knee pads.

Those Specialized Enduro shorts are great, best biking shorts I've ever had and a good price there. Liner is comfy too.

They're not really DH oriented at all though - reasonably thin.
