I need to post an 18" bike frame to the wilds of South Yorkshire from Essex. It's boxed and ready to go. Just need to find a reasonably priced, local and reliable courier firm to send it. Who have you used and would recommend?

Thanks cp used senditnow as suggested - really easy and drop off at local Post Office was convenient. Good price.
