Sorry to raise the tubeless fiasco again...

I know you're supposed to be able to soap up, man up and seat tubeless tyres with a track pump...

I have been successful with some tyre/rim combos, but my CX set-up is proving fiddly and needs BIG AIR. Trips to the local garage are a bore, I'm too scared to do that Ghetto coke bottle thing and am not buying a compressor.

So, Co2 cartridges and pumps - which ones are good/cheap for this purpose?

Thanks all.

CO2 canisters from Ebay and a cheap CO2 pump like this one -

Only as a means of last resort though - usually the Joe Blow track pump is enough.

You have tried the no-core trick, right?

@ montylikesbeer

you're a total champion - those cartridges are less than a third of the cost of most!

thanks.
