Guys
Want to buy a cheapish HT2 BB - one I can easily swap out bearings on. I'm told Shimano use some narrow bearings.... and a mate recently swapped the knackered ones in a shimano BB for some better ones - but they were wider than the originals - so it didn't work.
Tried googling - can't find any useful info.
Anyone here do it - and what BB did you use as your base.

Hope stainless - good all rounder - been going for nearly 18 months 🙂 And you can easilt swap out the bearings 🙂

can get replacement bearings for shimano.
BETD offering free fitting at the moment.

Hope aren't cheap enough.... just wanted something I can fire my own bearings into when they **** up. Got a CK on the SS - which is nice as I can eaily re-grease that one...
Any idea what the bearing size is for a shimano deore bb?
