Just got some Hope braided hoses and was wondering what was best to cut them with.
Instructions suggests 'hook' type wire cutters but I can't seem to find any.
Suggestions please.
I bought mine from Fleabay and they are great!

Cheers. They look ideal.
Have you tried them on braided hoses?
That's what I bought them for and they went through it like a hot knife through butter - also used them on gear cabling etc. and it all good!
Nice one.
Thanks for the input.
Normal bicycle-type cable cutters will do the job. A single, firm cut should suffice, but you can help to eliminate any flaring/compression by wrapping a piece of electrical tape at the point you're cutting. Here's a guide I did for fitting Hope hoses, in case you need it.
Record WC6 - the original.
Plenty of copies but none better.
Thanks Three Fish. Have ordered some new cutters anyway (you can never have too many tools).
That's a great help.
