Apologies - sure this will have been asked before but the search throws up so much that I can't find what I need......

I am after new bearings for a Hope Pro II front hub.

code on the side of existing bearings is a bit hard to make out - 61904 - 2RS1 is how I make it.

Is that correct? Any recommendations on where to source online?

Where to source is a question of how much you want to spend...

Ebay cheapies from the likes of MCR. Bikes will be fine and cheap, Katec will be better for not stupid money. Enduro (brand not market term) are very highly thought of for quality and sealing.

I've tried. (As prob many have) different bearings from various places and IMO, just stick with genuine Hope ones from your local Hope dealer friendly Bike Shop

Oh and yes. They are 61804 2RS

Hope use INA full stainless bearings, price something the same spec up and see how it compares with Hopes price.

People so often say they get them cheaper from bearing suppliers but in reality, INA stainless quality costs money. The Hope really aren't expensive for what they are.
