Hello you Welsh-visiting Afan-raiders,

Wondering where you recommend for 7 or so muddy Afan visitors.
Ideally:
- self catering
- secure for bikes
- within close reach of Afan/Glynthingymajig
- fair value

And not Afan Cottage, because I reckon they'll already be booked up (but I have asked and await to hear back from them 🙂

Thankings.

Not self catering, but I recommend Afan Lodge it is a newish hotel which is designed for bikers, food and rooms great, with bike dvd's playing in bar. The owner and his son know everything there is about the area and are super friendly

The bunk house at Green Lanterns comfortably takes 8 people. £15 inc full english. The steak house serves the best steak I've ever had, 16oz ribeye was to die for! Good bar too.

I'm there tomorrow night. With these conditions, I cant wait!

WTF! nooo! to be honest though, S.Wales trails dont seem to be affected by the wet, nothing like the gloop we get on S.Downs when it rains
