[Closed] Which adapter for the new smaller dia Shimano BB cups?

just got a M8000 crankset and a new BB.

The new BB cups are smaller in dia then the usual ones and need an adapter.

however there seems to be two numbers one is

TL-FC24 and the other is TL-FC25

can anybody enlighten me as to which is correct please?

I've just fitted a new BB on my road bike, wasn't expecting the smaller cups in the box. The adaptor that came with it is a TL-FC25

I bought the cranks off here, and no adapter in the box 🙁

24 is for the smaller diameter ones, like Dura Ace (maybe M9000 too?)
