Hi
Bought my rush frame 2nd hand. The frame itself has a straight 1.5" head tube but it came reduced down to 1.125".
This was fine at the time for my current straight fork but I've since bought a tapered fork and will need to put a new lower 1.5" cup in.
Anyone done this and which one did you use?
Thanks in advance.
bottom half of this is whats required, can't buy separately unfortunately

Hope sell each end of a headset separately, it actually works out pretty good value too, I got a 1.5 internal headset bottom cup for £23 IIRC
Thinking back, doesn't the headset have 1.5 bearings and crownrace at the bottom anyway? A 1.125 fork just has a spacer fitted to match. Bin that and fit your tapered fork?
Thanks everyone
torso - i thought that as well but took it apart last night and the reducer is the bottom cup so the bearing is 1 1/8". I tried the new fork and this confirmed it.
sssimon/jonny - its certainly a headshok headtube so i guess its the right one.
Would this one be the same one?

In actual fact Westbrooks is only 40 miles from me and the bike came from there in the first place so I might just take it there.
As said above just get the appropriate Hope bottom cup.
