I'm busy.

Not good enough. My week is hectic and I use it to tell me the weekend is almost here. Stop being a shellfish and think of others.

I'll get in quick; £38 for a pair of gloves 😯

Luckily other gloves are available and presented lower down.

There's a £6k bike on there and the £38 gloves are the items which shock you?

I know which one of those items is the most likely to be gracing my garage in the foreseeable future.

All of the above. The price of bikes in FGF these days is shocking, we need a working class version.

But no one wants to read about bikes or stuff they can actually buy.

It's 'inspirational and aspirational' apparently, like Top Gear.
🙂

That's that done for a year.

I'm not shcoked by a £6k as the likes of Santacruz have been flogging them to Audi drivers for years!

But no one wants to read about bikes or stuff they can actually buy.

More like jurnos won't feel 'special' if they have to use products the plebs might actually buy 😉

I do. There needs to be more "everyday" reviews of bikes without the MBR drivel IMO.

Me too.
I complained about it for years, but Chipps and Mark think we all want to read reviews of unobtainable bikes and kit.

It's their official policy.

They test something reasonably priced now and again.

Now that Cycling Active is aimed purely ex-golfers, there isn't one single magazine that tests stuff I have a hope of being able to afford.

I find it quite alienating, tbh.
