That's not niche! You can buy them for £700 in Brick Lane.

I've been to Albania, lovely place if not a bit third worldly in (lots of) places..
Wish I'd taken my bike though.. Sigh.

That's a bit nasty.

If he was though it would probably be because he was arguing with it.

Given that it's going to be a warm dry day, then hopefully he'll be pootling round that there big city (or is it bimbling - can't remember what the pedantic so-and-so insisted was the city version ...), admiring the architecture, followed by feet up in one of those London pubs with a pint of something wheaty 🙂

I do believe you're thinking of MidlandTrailquestGraham, he's the resident bus mechanic. Hang on, you weren't wishing some kind of physical injury on another human being, were you?

elfin adds a great deal to the forum

+1

I 'spect that he's just trying out an alternative log-in for size.. sneaking in gently under the radar before he unleashes the Fredism..

He's good. Currently engaged in Bullheart-related charity bits and pieces for me at the mo, which might equate to why he hasn't been on here recently.

perhaps FRED was arrested during the riots and padded bra got kicked out the flat so Elfin had to find another place to stay and they don't have broadband?

Agreed. Each time I read his mockney words it makes me laugh.

As one of the few people off here that I've actually spoken to in the real world as opposed to on line, I have to say I really like the mockney freakshow that is elfin / fred / torquemada, etc. Some shitty comments on here - would you say them to his face?

I like Elfin... he's deliberately provocative and brings something interesting to the place.

There's no need to be harsh about him.

Elfin? Bloomin' annoying chap - chases sheep on his bicycle, shows me up by riding up 'my' mountains faster than me, and recommends chilli sauce which is way too hot for my delicate palate ...

... But he's also one of the good guys.

Oh, and Fizzer, I think your comment is pretty out of order.

He definitely adds something to STW and generally comes across as a nice chap but he does have his moments. I remember being quite shocked at the rudeness of some of his comments directed at Phil consequence recently - or do they have a 'special' relationship? It was in phil's thread about his tenant.
