[#4554891]

I'm after a new set of Rockshox Lyriks and was going to go 2nd hand but thought I'd try and find a good deal new. However, none of the usual suspects (On One, Merlin etc.) for good, cheap, grey import goods sell Lyriks- every other RS fork but not them.

Has anyone seen any belting deals in their LBS or online? Ideally black, tapered or 1 1/8". I know 18 bikes have a set of 2013 ones on a good deal but they're white and I still object a bit to paying over £500 for some springs in some tubes, and if I'm spending £600 I'll just get some Bos Devilles.

Thanks

Cheapest i've come across. I came across these after I got mine from CRC. Slightly gutted to say the least

Just bought a set of 2013 Lyrik RC2 DH @ 170mm from bike-components.de, came to £582.46 inc p&p. They also have 160 dual positions for 10 euro more

Lovely. I thought I had checked all the German sites but evidently not them. Cheers!

One of the few advantages working offshore, plenty of time to browse the web 🙂
However... if its not too late, seems today Merlin have just got the 160 dual positions for £550 and as far as I'm aware there should be a further 10% off at checkout

correct, 10% off at the checkout. £495 is a right deal. If I had the money I would buy a set for spares

Lyriks are hard to kill (*), and when they die usually do so visibly... One of the safer used buys for forks. Then, spend the difference on hookers and blow.

(* except old 2-step air obviously)

There's a seller in France with a brand new set of 170mm Solo Air Lyrik in white for £450 delivered

I bought a new frame off the same seller a couple of years ago and it arrived as described and well packaged in less than a week.
