Is there anywhere in the SE that isn't a quagmire (giggedy!!) at the moment?

I was thinking of Swinley, especially as I haven't been there in years.

Anyone know what Pitch Hill is like?

Just back from swinley , conditions good. a few bogs on your way round but nothing bad , all features running well Jump gully, Lab, Tank traps etc, Digging going on on corkscrew though so closed ... Fairplay to the trail fairys for their hard work

Never been around the devil's punchbowl for xc: I've ridden dh there a few times though.

What's it like? Are the routes easy to find?
