[Closed] Where to report aggressive driving by the police?

On Sunday evening I was nearly taken out by a white van doing an aggressive overtaking manoeuvre. So far so stereotypical but this time the vehicle which nearly put me into the hedge turned out to be a police van ([u]not[/u] with lights/sirens going).
