Where to purchase two Mavic shoe sole protector plates(?)

Need a little help here and not even sure that's ^^ what they're called.

Basically when I bought some new Mavic shoes they came with two sqaure'ish shaped pieces of metal with oblong holes in that fit between the cleat and sole of the shoe to protect the shoe sole from the wear induced by the pedal cleat retention mechanism.

Anyway, I need two more for another pair of MTB shoes, but mt google fu has so far failed me

Does anyone know what they are really called or where to buy some from
