Hi all-
In a feat of self-proclaimed manly manliness, I've managed to wear out the 42t outer chainring on my 2x10 x9 cranks before wearing out the 28t inner.
None of the local shops stock replacement chainrings. I'm searching hi and low on the interwebs but can't find a replacement 42t chainring for 104mm BCD. Preference would be to buy in US (due to a trip there), but any company that can ship international (to Singapore) would suffice.
I've tried Chainreaction, Performance and Wiggle. Found some new 44t rings on eBay, but I don't think I'm that manly.
Any ideas?
Aren't X9 2x10 outer chainring's 120mm bcd? example [url= http://www.swinnertoncycles.co.uk/components-c169/chain-rings-c208/mtb-c209/chainring-mtb-42t-4-bolt-120mm-bcd-alu-l-pin-gxp-blast-black-2x10-p33886?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=truvativ-chainring-mtb-42t-4-bolt-120mm-bcd-alu-l-pin-gxp-blast-blac-size-120-bcd-crt42xbl&utm_campaign=product+listing+ads%2350353 ]here[/url]
Right - time to hang my head in shame - PaulB is correct and I was being an idiot. Still can't find any at Wiggle or CRC, but did find this on Fleabay:
I got one from Evans a while back
