[Closed] Where to buy battery pack holder for lights?

You know, the black padded ones with a velcro strap to attach the battery pack under the stem.

I just recieved my DealExtreme lights about three months after ordering and genuinely coming to believe that I would never see that £50 again... So far it seems pretty good but for some reason there is no holder supplied, just the battery with a velcro strap to loop directly around that and attach it to the stem, but obviously this wouldn't be suitable in the rain (at least I've read reports that the battery most certianly is not waterproof!).

Ahywhere I can buy this from? Battery measures 10 x 5 x 5cm approx.
